Palazzo Scotto offers six suites, each individually decorated, including the Cummerse Suite on the top floor with two private terraces overlooking the Trulli rooftops and the Basilica. The Fosteria Junior Suite provides a kitchenette and seating area, while the Trullo rooms are refurbished historic structures opening onto a garden patio. Breakfast is ordered via a web app before 9pm and delivered to the room or outdoor terrace at a chosen time.
Dining & Entertainment
The on-site NOS Ristorante serves dinner with a menu showcasing local Puglian cuisine, accompanied by live piano music performed by a multi-instrumentalist musician. The hotel owner Valerio personally sings beside the piano during dinner, creating a cabaret-style evening. The bar offers a selection of wines and champagne, and the restaurant has been rated among the best in town by guests.
